Can I burn a CD from a website with a virus removal?

One of my computers have a virus its windows xp I can not reinstall windows because i do not have the disk it has the floppy I also have windows vista both computers have cd’s. I have pics on my other computer that i don’t want to lose (the one with the virus) So is it possible to burn a virus removal cd on one computer to clean the other one if so how is it done?

you can burn the virus, it just acts like any files or software. you can’t burn from a website, there has to be a program to burn anything, usually Windows as a built in burn system, but they call it Copy on to a disc or you can use Nero to burn any of your stuff.
To remove the virus you have to have anti-virus program like Norton, McAfee, PC Tools etc…to remove the virus, there are other free anti-virus programs, but i recommend you don’t’ use it because sometimes free anti-virus causes a lot of problems, I’ve seen it before.
If none of your anti-virus can’t find it, then you will have to delete the virus manually. Also if you copy a virus it will can spread, so burning (copying) the virus won’t do any good it doesn’t’ remove from your computer.
If you want to use something that is free to copy you can use Windows Media Player 11 or free trial like Nero
