How can I gain more income from my computer repair business?

I would like to hear from other computer repair technicians. I have just started my own small business, mobile computer repairs for small businesses and home users, in rural Ireland, I am getting a lot of virus removal, spy-ware removal, formatting of operating systems type of work, I also intend on offering basic website design service. I would like advice on increasing my income in areas which have proved to increase income for other such small businesses. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I don’t do this professionally, but you could carry a few new keyboards, mice, speakers, etc. on your truck if you can find a cheap supplier.

Insurance packages. For example, sell the customer a guarantee that you’ll remove all viruses from their computer for the period of one year. You’ll need to write up a contract and be sure to limit it to only one claim per month. Since such a job only costs you time, you are getting a guaranteed income.
