Why doesn’t my cable internet service come with free virus removal?

mzmarlo asked: I pay a flat fee around 25 bucks a month for internet service. It includes McAfee Security Center but not Virus Removal. Shouldn't this be included for free as part of my service? Seems like such a simple thing to do for their customers.Kansieo.com
