I’m having trouble booting up my computer. I can’t get past the post screen. I’ve tried everything but keep getting the PXE-E61 error. If I were to take my comp to Fry’s to get it repaired how much would it cost. I’ve tried everything on the net that people said to try but nothing works. I went online and took your advice (thanx) by not fooling with best buy, and i downloaded a very good virus removal software. The only problem is that i still have the personal antivirus on there and it keeps popping up at the bottom of the screen. Can anybody tell me , if possible, how can I uninstall it off of my computer?

I just scanned my computer with a virus removal software and it said that i have roughly 3000 viruses…everything from backdoors, trojans, polymorphic trojans, worms, and everything in between. if you could lead me to a free software as to i will not have to pay it will be of great help. thank you!

So my computer has 25 serious threats on it. I got this info from a virus scanner, but I really need a virus removal program so I can get rid of this crap. Does anyone know of any GOOD and FREE virus removal programs out there?

I pay a flat fee around 25 bucks a month for internet service. It includes McAfee Security Center but not Virus Removal.
Shouldn’t this be included for free as part of my service?
Seems like such a simple thing to do for their customers.

One of my computers have a virus its windows xp I can not reinstall windows because i do not have the disk it has the floppy I also have windows vista both computers have cd’s. I have pics on my other computer that i don’t want to lose (the one with the virus) So is it possible to burn a virus removal cd on one computer to clean the other one if so how is it done?
